CALIFORNIA CITRUS AND ALMOND SALAD
yields 1 BIG-ASS SALAD, MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR 4 TO 6 PEOPLE
ingredients

2 cup orange segments (about 2 oranges)
1 cup sliced or slivered almonds, toasted

The salt will help break down the kale a little so the fibrous mother er isn’t so tough to chew. 3 Add the romaine, green onions, and cilantro. Drizzle in the dressing and toss until everything looks all coated and shiny as . Fold in the orange slices and almonds and then taste. Add more vinegar, cilantro, almonds, whateverthe you think it needs, then serve right away.
