1 peel and cut veggies into matchsticks no larger than a finger Crank your oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Mix together the flour, spices, and salt in a small bowl. Toss together the lemon juice, soy sauce, and olive oil in a large bowl and add the root veggies. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the roots and mix until everything is all well coated. Spread the roots over the baking sheet and bake until the fries are golden and slightly crispy, about 30 minutes, turning halfway through. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
